~Generous friends who bring meals, and make time to pray on our behalf.
~My parents, sisters, aunt, and others who have helped in so many practical ways for months and months... and not once complained.

~For allowing us see the light at the end of the tunnel of this very long journey
~The thoughtful, generous, (& some anonymous) friends who have gifted our family with money during this season of medical bills and unexpected expenses
~For the gentle, kind nurses. (And patience when we encounter one who is maybe not-so-much)
~Coffee! Good, Strong, Coffee!
~Quiet moments alone with my gorgeous, healthy baby sleeping in my arms

~The happy-hormone Oxytocin that you designed to pump through my veins while I'm snuggling my son (I think I'm hooked! :)
~Our TV (& Kipper on Netflix) that give my husband a moment of peace during a busy day of caring for children
~Your promise which rings oh-so true - Your Mercies absolutely are sparkling new every morning
~Gorgeous baby rose-bud lips
~The joy of being a Mama to THREE incredible children. (Who make me laugh to keeping me from crying)
~The Unexpected, new friends because of Your mighty work through Jimmy's life
~Chocolate. Dark chocolate covered cherries, Lindt, Toblerone, Chocolate raisins....
~The way the golden sun shines through the hospital windows early in the morning
~ That each day you give us just enough of what we need for that day
~And when we feel like we don't have anything left, you carry us through, even still

You alone are to be praised for all the good gifts in our life. This beautiful, healthy baby boy you are growing and protecting each day!
How can I possibly thank you enough? ... but to give You my life, my days, and trust you are honored and take delight in us, Your little growing, protected children.
And, Annie, thank you for allowing us into your life to help! It has been (and hopefully will continue to be) a blessing to be able to come around you and your family. Love you! Tina & Marcus

ReplyDeleteYes, the Lord is good all the time. It's also wonderful to see how much love we have for one another when we need it most.
